Real Estate Scam Ocala Florida
Since we would not want anyone to go through the experience we went through when we purchased a house which we were evicted from I am going to give you all the names and corporations of who to stay away from. They are presently all here in Florida but since they are not novices at this who knows where they might go. To preface this, let me say that our paper work and all contracts were handled by a lawyer who obviously was not competent and who we knew personally. . When we were evicted,after paying the company all of our life savings which amounted to $1000,000. The American dream, owing your house free and clear, didn't happen. We tried the Police Department in two counties, the FDLE, putting our faith in them and were assured by them that they were GUILTY of the RICO ACT among other things. After years of waiting, giving depositions to 3 departments, they were finally arrested and of course out on bail. Case still pending. The only reason they were finally arrested was not because of us but because they managed to scam banks. Imagine that. The list of names to stay away from is as follows. If you would like their addresses, they are listed in the Property Appraisers Office and the Division of Corporations, since they operate out of their homes. I keep track of them, just out of curiosity, Since we cannot sue them now since the statue of limitations for us has passed. If they are convicted,that is a whole other story.
